My Artwork Permission Issues(please read T_T)

If you're reading this, you're wondering what's up? Well I'm getting tired of ppl using my work publicly without my permission. If I say you can use it, it DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN USE IT FOR REAL LIFE PURPOSES. DO NOT USE MY WORK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. IF I DONT REPLY TO YOU, THAT DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO USE MY WORK ANYWAY. I'm also getting tired of the constant notes about these things. 
Also please take note, this has nothing to do with referencing my work, this has to do with people using my work directly.

A:May I trace your work and sell it?
HECK NO, Even if you credit me I do not appreciate it. I consider that stealing.

A: May I sell your works for artbooks? while you get no profits? 
NO!(Unless its for a charity artbook to which I have given you my consent);;;;;;;;;;

A: May I redraw/copy your work? (this is means you intentionally did this, not unintentionally)
NO! because ppl always fail to link back to my original work in their description. This however is especially in regards to people using it in real life, for I feel I wont get the credit I deserve.

A: May I make wallpapers or crafts out your works? This goes for commercial and non commercial purposes
NO NO AND NO. NO, and you may not sell my wallpaper/customboxes/artwork for shirts or ANYTHING

A: May I sell your work as merchandise?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not want people using my works without permission, and IF I DON'T RESPOND LEAVE MY WORK ALONE PLEASE.
THIS IS GETTING VERY ANNOYING. So you're probably wondering, what can I do? I'm fine with ppl using my work on different sites or uploading to zerochan whatever, so long as I'm credited. Mind you, this has to be for your own PERSONAL USE only, and you cannot take any credit for it. NONE AT ALL. Thank you for reading.
